Aura Riddle, known as Aural State, is a trans hacker-musician operating at the intersection of underground electronic music and future-focused technology. She builds music with precision and intent—fusing trance, house, and techno, into immersive emotional sonic crystals. Her signature sound blends analog hardware, modular synthesis, and custom-built tools with modern digital production, driven by a relentless DIY ethic.

She is the founder and driving force behind Threshold Recordings, a trans-owned label and creative engine that exists to dismantle gatekeeping and champion artists who don’t fit inside industry boxes. Threshold is a movement—pushing electronic music forward through collaboration, independence, and community-powered innovation. It platforms queer and underground artists, releases boundary-breaking music, and builds immersive event experiences both online and IRL.
